Dyalek is a B2B marketplace that enables business buyers and sellers to discover products, place bulk orders and manage fulfilment. Dyalek is owned and operated by Bazario Private Limited.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use Dyalek:

Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, GSTIN or other tax details, and password.
KYC / verification data: documents or details you provide for verification as a buyer or seller (for example, ID proof, business registration, GST details, bank account details for seller payouts).
Order & transaction data: product details, quantities, prices, taxes, delivery addresses, order history, invoices, payment status and refund status.
Payment data: limited payment related information processed through our payment partners such as Razorpay (e.g. transaction IDs, payment mode, payment status). Card, UPI or bank details are handled directly by the payment gateway and are not stored by us in plain form.
Device & usage information: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, crash logs and usage patterns (pages/screens visited, actions performed) to improve our services.
Support communications: information you share with us over email, in-app chat or other support channels.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your Dyalek account as a buyer or seller.
Process and fulfil your orders, including invoicing, taxation and delivery.
Facilitate secure payments and refunds through our payment partners such as Razorpay.
Communicate with you about orders, payments, disputes, offers and product updates.

Sellers / buyers: limited details required to fulfil an order (e.g. name, address, contact information, product and quantity).

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer required, data may be anonymised or securely deleted.
