Users can request deletion of their Dyalek account and associated data at any time.

Please send an email from your registered email address to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Our team will verify your request and permanently delete your account and associated data within 7–30 days, as per legal and compliance requirements.

Data deleted includes:

• User profile and authentication data
• Orders, cart, wishlist, and addresses
• Support tickets and in-app notifications

Certain data may be retained temporarily where required by law (tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution).
