These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dyalek mobile application, website and services operated by Bazario Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using Dyalek, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Dyalek is a B2B marketplace that connects business buyers and sellers for bulk transactions. We facilitate discovery, ordering, payment and logistics, but we are not the manufacturer of most products listed on the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Dyalek shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our registered jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. By continuing to use Dyalek after changes, you accept the revised Terms.
